Third Sector Partners has always helped recruit highly qualified and skilled professional at the top tiers in the socioeconomic and developmental sector.

But somewhere down the line we noticed that it wasn't just the top tier in the non-profit sector that needed quality professionals. There was a significant gap across levels that needed to be plugged. And there were very few people doing it.

Thus was born Barefootjobs.org, India's first interactive Internet based recruitment portal for the non profit sector.

Barefootjobs.org envisages to be a large resume database that enables non-profit entities to scan, search and recruit quality professionals crossing a variety of industries and functions.
