Job Description	Position: Executive Assistant � FLY (Future and Light for Young, www.flyngo.org) Location: Bangalore, India Function/Responsibilities: o To prepare marketing materials such as newsletters, brochures, etc o To send quarterly updates to FLY donors o To collect quarterly reports from different FLY chapters o To work with the FLY team to support fund raising activities o To coordinate operations across FLY chapters o To handle data on students and sponsors o To support the five management divisions at FLY o To provide any other day-to-day support to the FLY Governing Body Desired Skills: o Good computer skills � Microsoft Office, Outlook, Email applications, etc. o Strong writing skills in English o Strong oral communication skills o Strong inter-personal skills o Multi-lingual; should be fluent in Kannada, Hindi and English o Enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible o High degree of initiative and a passion to serve the society Optional skills: o Prior experience in the Indian non-profit sector o Prior experience in organizing fund-raising events o Prior experience in interacting with corporate sector to promote a cause You can drop your areas of expertise along with a brief resume to contact@flyngo.org.
