Job Description	The Bagar Employment Institute is a social enterprise supported by the Piramal Foundation as a sustainable and scaleable solution to India�s unemployment problem. BEI is a skills training institute and career center dedicated to enhancing the employability of the rural population and reducing the gap between rural formal education and the demands of the job market. The English Trainer/Marketing Manager will be responsible both for organizing and teaching English classes and marketing BEI as an institute to the community. Marketing will primarily consist of developing relationships with people in Bagar town and in nearby villages through community visits. The candidate for this post must have strong command over the English language and at minimum 2-3 years of experience training students. The candidate must be fluent in Hindi; working knowledge of Marwari is preferred but not compulsory. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and be self motivated. Candidate must also have an interest in rural development and a passion for making rural students employable. Salary is negotiable. Housing and board facilities available for those who qualify.
